This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it. We have written it to be readable, not to bury the important parts.

Sensori Group Ltd. is a company registered in Scotland. We trade as Sensori Studio. References to we, us, and our throughout this policy refer to Sensori Group Ltd.

2. What Data We Collect
Enquiry and contact data
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on our website, we collect the following:
Your name
Your email address
Your company name
How you found us
What you are looking for and the stage your brand is at
Your approximate budget range
Any additional notes you choose to include
Email subscription data
If you subscribe to House Notes, our monthly publication, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed. We use Flodesk to manage our mailing list. Flodesk's privacy policy applies to how they handle your data on their end.
Website usage data
We collect standard analytics data about how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country or city level), device type, and the source that brought you to the site. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to any individual unless you have also submitted an enquiry or subscribed to House Notes.

Client and project data
If you become a client, we collect and process additional data as part of the engagement. This includes business information, correspondence, project documents, contracts, and invoices. The lawful basis for this processing is contractual necessity. Clients are provided with a separate onboarding document that covers how their project data is handled in detail.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the date of submission, unless you become a client.
We keep House Notes subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from the active list within 30 days.
We keep client and project data for six years from the end of the engagement, in line with standard UK accounting requirements.
Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and does not have an individual retention period.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use a small number of third-party tools to operate the studio and website. These tools process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
Where specialist contractors are brought in to work on client projects, they operate under Sensori's direction and are required to handle any relevant data in accordance with our standards. They are not given access to data beyond what the project requires.
All data processors we use are either based in the UK or operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

The right to have your data erased, where no legal basis requires us to keep it
The right to restrict how we process your data
The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
The right to data portability, where processing is automated and based on consent or contract
The right to withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sensoristudio.com. We will respond within one calendar month. There is no charge for making a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Keeping Your Data Secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Our systems are access-controlled, and we review our practices as the tools we use change. No data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, but we apply appropriate security standards for a studio of our size and the nature of data we handle.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as the tools we use change or as regulation requires. The date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the website or subscription to House Notes after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
